📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.,Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals.,Managing and supervising the team to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handling financial and administrative tasks to support the general manager.,Representing the company in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Managing the company's budget and financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Proven track record of managing operations and teams effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in the Bali region is a plus.
