📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Document system performance and maintenance activities using Johnson Controls' proprietary software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HVAC maintenance.
• Participate in on-call duties to respond to emergency service requests.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a similar role.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air distribution, and controls.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Honeywell's building management systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites across Bali.
