📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience.,Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including their preparation and service.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.,Work during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage service.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
