📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and women
- Develop and implement individual and group therapy programs
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychological medicine
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems
- Provide training and support to hospital staff on psychological aspects of patient care
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist in a similar setting
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) certification or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
