📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Oversee inventory management and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
