📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash handling and banking procedures to prevent theft and loss.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Proven track record of excellent customer service.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
