📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging lessons in Early Childhood Education, aligning with national and international curricula.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
• Use educational software such as Google Classroom, Kahoot!, and Seesaw to enhance teaching and learning.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Mentor and support junior faculty members as needed.
• Engage with the local community and parents to foster a strong partnership in student development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., TEFL, TESL, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
