📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Develop and implement engineering plans, specifications, and designs.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Maintain and update project documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing engineering projects successfully.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Valid professional engineering license (preferred).
