Bay Port Indonesia is seeking a talented and dedicated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
