📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis🛠️ Keahlian
