📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the processing of payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and provide strategic financial advice.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and ensure it is being used effectively.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and board meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
