📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of registered nurses, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.,Assist in emergency situations and provide immediate care to patients in critical conditions.,Promote a safe and healthy work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIP/SIT) is required.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of nurses.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
