🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
