📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in the monthly closing process, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
- Support the finance team in audits and reviews
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to financial analysis and planning
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field (recent graduates welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
