📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Support the HR Manager in performance management and employee evaluations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
