📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reporting.,Train and develop outlet staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is a plus.
