📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds targets.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and performance.,Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus.
