📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Leverage Concentrix’s CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure consistent client satisfaction.
• Adapt communication styles to cater to diverse cultural backgrounds, using both Tagalog and English fluently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security, adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes, providing feedback to improve service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Tagalog and English, with the ability to switch between languages seamlessly.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or related roles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work remotely from Bali, with reliable internet access.
