📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for export-import shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws, including HS codes and import/export restrictions.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and other stakeholders to resolve any documentation issues or delays.
• Track and manage the status of customs documentation to ensure timely processing and clearance of shipments.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs documentation procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and customs policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of customs documentation with overall shipment processes.
• Analyze and report on customs documentation trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs documentation and export-import operations.
• Proven expertise in international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Proficiency in using customs documentation software such as SAP Customs Documentation and TradeNet.
• Strong knowledge of HS codes and international trade classification systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus.
