As our Head Barista, you will lead the charge in ensuring every cup of coffee we serve is a masterpiece, crafted with precision and passion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily coffee production, training and developing your team of baristas, and ensuring that our customers leave with a memorable coffee experience. You will work closely with our management team to implement new coffee trends and techniques, and you will be the voice of our coffee brand, representing SETTARA CAFE&INN with pride and professionalism.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily coffee production and quality control
• Train and develop baristas to maintain high standards of coffee service
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of coffee beans and equipment
• Collaborate with management to implement new coffee trends and techniques
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Represent SETTARA CAFE&INN at industry events and coffee competitions
• Continuously innovate and improve coffee recipes and brewing methods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry
• Certification in coffee brewing methods (e.g., SCAE, Q Grader)
• Proven track record of training and mentoring baristas
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
