📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct data entry and maintenance of HR information systems.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English is a plus.
