📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
