PT Sumber Mitra is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for customers.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to health and safety standards.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of menu planning and development.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
