Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals,Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Plan and organize work schedules to meet production targets,Conduct performance reviews and appraisals,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,Familiarity with relevant software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
