📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Learn and apply new baking techniques and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in quality control checks to ensure product consistency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry kitchen or similar role.,Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
