📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure high performance.
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with English is a plus.
  • Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
