📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily sales transactions accurately using Salesforce.
• Manage and update customer data in our CRM system.
• Generate and maintain sales reports for the sales team.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
