Agung Oka Bakery is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various engineering projects to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for the food industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of bakery equipment and facilities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve production efficiency and product quality.,Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Maintain accurate records of all engineering activities and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
