📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.,Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, advertising, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
