📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality initiatives.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, GMP, and quality standards.,Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing staff.,Conduct process validation studies and document the results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.,Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and other industry standards.,Experience with process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and Six Sigma methodologies.,Familiarity with pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
