📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and IFRS.,Identifying and assessing risks related to financial operations and compliance.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborating with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff on audit techniques and best practices.,Staying updated with the latest developments in auditing and compliance to maintain professional competence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in auditing (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, with a strong background in financial reporting and compliance.,Proven track record of conducting internal and external audits.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and staff.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
