📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and components to support manufacturing operations.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.,Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in procurement and logistics.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement and ERP systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
