📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.,Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.,Support the implementation of compliance training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
