📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory and shipping.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
