PT Otoman Tani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse operations and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
