📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
