📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain accurate inventory records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and verify inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers.
• Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
