📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Provide procurement support to engineering projects, ensuring materials are available when needed.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mechanical engineering materials and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFQs, tenders, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
