📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage the company’s budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Certification in CPA (Indonesia) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
