📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients, focusing on chronic disease management.
• Conduct health screenings and educational sessions to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Monitor and manage medication adherence programs for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers to develop and implement community health programs.
• Utilize EHR and Pharmacy Management Software to document patient interactions and track health outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices in community pharmacy.
• Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness about health issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community pharmacy, preferably in a public health or chronic disease management setting.
• Certification as a Community Pharmacist (e.g., from the National Association of Chain Drug Stores or similar).
• Proficiency in using EHR and Pharmacy Management Software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse community members.
• Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
